SHOULD NTA CONDUCT NEET TWICE THIS YEAR?

The Education Minister of India, Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank confirms that NEET 2021 will be held twice this year. Here’s an article about the benefits of conducting NEET twice in 2021! 

As of now, the exam dates for NEET 2021 have not been released by NTA. However, the confirmation of conducting it twice has been given by the Education minister, which will be advantageous for the NEET aspirants.Most likely, NEET this year will be held in June or July.

The biggest advantage of conducting NEET twice  in 2021 is that the rank will be decided by the best of two scores. The first attempt of NEET 2021 will be held in June or July this year, most likely, whereas the second attempt may take place in August which will provide enough time to aspirants for preparations.It will also reduce the pressure on the students as they have an option to appear twice. 

Another perk of conducting the exam twice is that now there is no need for aspirants to wait till another academic year to appear for the NEET. It will save the entire academic year of numerous aspirants!

The first attempt of NEET will provide students with a real- time experience which will be very helpful for students to improve themselves in the second attempt. Last but not the least, conducting NEET twice in an academic year will provide an opportunity to improve scores within less time.

The NTA is yet to publish the dates for the test this year, in which over 10 lakh students appear despite its dwindling popularity over the years and rising number of MBBS seats.
